Young Women's Theme Book

Do you remember where you were when they announced the Young Women's Theme for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latterday Saints? It was 25 years ago, so to be honest, I wasn't there. BUT, I said that theme every Sunday for my entire teen-aged years and it has blessed my life in ways that I can't explain. There's something about declaring out loud that "We are daughters of our Heavenly Father, who LOVES US, and we love Him," that helps to ingrain that into your testimony, which, when you struggle with trials throughout your life, is a rock to fall back on.

Why do I share this with you? Let me tell you! My friend, Laurel Christensen, (who I worked with at the Missionary Training Center and had my first date with her brother when I turned 16--is it lame that I think I am FAMOUS because I know her?!), FABULOUS youth speaker and author of the book, LYFSGUD: If God Sent you a Text Message, has come out with a new book that is available for Pre-Order on AUGUST 27th:
